Terms of Service

Not a Law Firm; No Attorney-Client Relationship

CaseWins is a privately owned, nationwide, group-advertising service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. No attorney-client relationship is formed, expressly or by implication, by your use of this site or by submitting your information. We connect you with a sponsoring attorney in your area who may be able to evaluate your potential claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials found on this website are the property of CaseWins or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are permitted to download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial, temporary use only. This constitutes a license, not a transfer of ownership. The license automatically terminates if you breach these Terms of Service and may be revoked at any time by CaseWins.

Liability Disclaimer

This website and its contents are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, CaseWins makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the materials provided. CaseWins disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event will CaseWins or its partners be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, even if prior notice of possible damages has been given. “Consequential loss” includes, but is not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, savings, or data, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Information

The materials and information on this site are intended for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current legal developments. CaseWins does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on this website or linked resources. No results are guaranteed, and prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Links to Other Sites

Other websites may link to casewins.law without our knowledge or review. The presence of a link to our site on any third-party website does not imply endorsement, partnership, or approval by CaseWins. Likewise, this website may contain links to third-party resources for convenience or reference. CaseWins does not control, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy or safety of any external content. Accessing any third-party site is done at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing that site’s terms and privacy policies independently.

Communications and Messaging Consent

When you submit your information and check the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for CaseWins and its attorney and marketing partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including through automated technology, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS/MMS text messages — about your potential claim. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving legal services. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You may withdraw consent or opt out of communications at any time by following the instructions in a message or by contacting us.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which CaseWins operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
